Counsellors and Services in Alberta

Innerlogue Therapy & Psychology - Calgary

We are a team of trauma-informed therapists experienced in working with neurodiverse clients. To ensure affordable therapy options, some of our team members offer sliding scale rates. Our diverse team includes psychologists, social workers, and counsellors who see clients in-person at our Kensington NW office or virtually across Alberta. Book a free 15-minute phone consultation to learn more about our approach and see if we are a good fit. Our therapists offer multicultural sensitive therapy services in Mandarin, Cantonese, French, Vietnamese, and Ukrainian, catering to children, adults, and families. We accept some insurance direct billing and work with many insurance companies, as well as NIHB.

Many clients who were previously underdiagnosed are now recognizing the impact of ADHD on their lives, especially during significant life transitions. We believe that with the right support and skills coaching, many of these challenges can be managed, allowing you to thrive and showcase your best self.

Our team offers a compassionate and supportive environment where you can feel understood and validated. We provide practical skills coaching to help you manage symptoms, improve organization, time management, and develop effective coping strategies.

We provide emotional support for clients experiencing anxiety and depressive symptoms, help with coming up with strategic plans for coping with ADHD, and explore self-identity and embracing ADHD as a superpower.

Storycrafted Counselling - Calgary

Greetings! I’m Erin Warner (she/they) and I’m a master’s level Registered Social Worker, AuDHDer, researcher, and giant nerd.

I work with fellow ADHD/AuDHD/Autistic folks (youth 13+ to adults) and I’m passionate about providing a space for your whole bodymind as it is. That means that sometimes we may find that we need to use the story of your favourite book or your D&D character, or even find the perfect meme to put words to your experiences when words are hard to find. Or you might find that you need to doodle, knit, or walk around while we’re in session to help you think. I welcome the accommodations that you need to participate as much as you would like to in therapy.

I typically lean on approaches to therapy that encourage a bit of creativity as well as an understanding of the interlocking systems of oppression that exist in our world. The approaches I most often use are narrative therapy and somatic approaches such as Hakomi, but sometimes we find that we need a little bit of expressive arts therapy to help us sit in the feels. However, the most important part is that you feel heard and understood in our time together, and we co-create what that looks like.

Currently my practice is virtual only with future plans to host in-person sessions in Calgary, Alberta. I am registered for practice in both Alberta and Ontario.
