Mountain Sky Therapy - Chilliwack
I believe every client possesses the innate wisdom and strength to grow, change and heal, and I view every client as the expert on their own experience. My role is to walk alongside clients on their journey of wholeness, healing and autonomy as they look inwardly with compassion and curiosity.
My relational, non-judgmental approach helps clients to explore emotions, beliefs and sensations as they gain insight. It is truly an honour to accompany others through times of transition and challenges, and to help them see their way to the other side. As the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important components of a beneficial experience in therapy, I use empathy, metaphor, curiosity and sometimes humour to assist clients on their journey of self-discovery and finding meaning.
I have lived experience with neurodivergence both personally and as a parent. The work I do in the world is inextricably connected to my ongoing and imperfect engagement with my own healing journey. My hope is that my attempt to live out the work that I offer contributes to an environment where my clients feel safe and supported in their own wellness path.

With over a decade of experience, I hold a Master’s in Counselling and a Bachelor’s in Child and Youth Care. My approach is collaborative, intersectional, and feminist, integrating evidence-based practices like EMDR, somatic therapy, narrative therapy, IFS-Parts Work, and solution-focused techniques.
I specialize in supporting neurodivergent clients, particularly those with ADHD, providing tailored tools, resourcing, and body doubling to help navigate challenges. As an ADHD Clinical Services Provider, my advanced training ensures compassionate and effective support.
I work with clients aged five and older, offering in-person, online, or phone sessions, along with sliding scale options for accessibility. Clients describe my approach as interactive, inclusive, and deeply supportive—a blend of empathy and practical solutions.
